DEPOSITS
To secure your photoshoot appointment, a $100 non-refundable RETANIER/DEPOSIT is required. This fee will be applied towards the cost of your service and guarantees that we can provide you with the highest quality experience.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
-If you are rescheduling please do so 48 hours in advance. If your booking includes a studio you MUST reschedule 7 days before your shoot or you will be REQUIRED to rebook with a NEW DEPOSIT!

LATE ARRIVALS
We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. Please note that we offer a 10 minute grace period, after the grace period a $35 late fee will be charged if not communicated. If you arrive 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. No exceptions! We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our policy.
NO CALL/NO SHOW
IF A NO CALL OR NO SHOW HAPPENS THE FULL PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BOOK AGAIN. NON-REFUNDABLE! NO EXCPETIONS!
